** Orders sent with Australia Post will be taken to your local post office if you are not home at the time of your delivery. Startrack and TNT orders will be returned to their local Depot and delivery will be attempted again the following day. Once delivery has been attempted twice it will be held at their depot or returned to sender (RTS). RTS will incur a fee, payable by the customer before we resend the order.
Couriers Please orders will be taken to an authorised Collection Point outlined by couriers Please- the recipient will need to show a valid form of ID to collect the item.
*** Australia Post – Express Post guarantee currently suspended. Express Post remains our fastest postal delivery option, but current circumstances mean we can’t guarantee next-business-day delivery at the moment. Express shipping refers to the delivery method your order is posted, and does not speed up our handling time.
How can I track my order?
A tracking number will be emailed to you on the day your order is dispatched. You will also be able to find your tracking number by viewing the order in your Account Order History when logged in to your account on our website.

Please allow the full time shown for delivery estimated by the carrier before getting in touch. In our experience Australia Post will not open an investigation on a missing parcel until three business days have passed from the estimated due date.If your order has still not arrived we encourage you to get in touch with us and we can open an investigation with Australia Post on your behalf.
For International Orders, We only use Australia Post Standard International services.
Tracking (incl. email notifications) and SMS Tracking notifications is included by default.
