Paper Papa’s return policy does not cover change of mind or exchange. Paper Papa offers a 14-days return policy on all orders, from the date you received it. Once an order has been placed, alterations or cancellations will not be accepted.
Return policy covers any defective or incomplete products, and damaged during transit. Photos of the product will be required for reference as part of the return process. There is no refund on any returned items, instead, we will resend the product or issue a store credit. Receipt or proof of purchase is required as part of this policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
RETURN CRITERIA
– you return the item within 14 days of purchase
– you provide the corresponding Paper Papa invoice from the time of purchase
– the item is in its original packaging, including all accessories and instruction manuals
– the item is in saleable condition i.e. unworn, unopened, unused and in original condition
The cost of freight/shipping of the return is the responsibility of the buyer.
If you find that you have entered incorrect shipping details, please email us ASAP at info@paperpapa.com.au, we will attempt to correct the mistake prior to despatch. Receipt or proof of purchase is required to assist this step. Any price discrepancy to shipping due to change of address, this shall be paid by the customer. Once item is despatched, we are not able to reroute or refund orders that were sent to the wrong address due to customer error.
